Chagrin Falls, OH. - Business partners Len Barker and Mike Ferrante have announced the formation of a new business venture, San Dan Construction LLC, which will initially be headquartered in Chagrin Falls Ohio. San Dan Construction will oversee large scale construction projects across the United States. Projects are currently slated to begin in the first quarter of 2005.

"Len and I are looking forward to the large challenge in front of us, we look to expand into large scale commercial construction in new markets" said Ferrante. "This venture is going to focus on commercial work while Perfect Pitch will continue to serve the insurance and home improvement/repair segment."

San Dan Construction LLC takes its name from the Japanese martial art "Minna Jiu Jitsu" and represents the third rank of Black Belt in the art. San Dan Construction co-founder Mike Ferrante has earned this rank and the San Dan Construction logo depicts him performing a flying kick.

Barker and Ferrante will also continue to oversee their initial and separate business venture Perfect Pitch Construction LLC, which was founded in 1999 and specializes in home improvement projects, new home construction and insurance work.
